I am dedicated to supporting individuals and groups on their journeying of life, especially in times of big transition, grief or loss.

My approach integrates conversation, reflection, mindfulness and embodiment practices to support clients moving forward in their emotional

and physical wellbeing.

SERVICES

At Grounded Love I provide a compassionate and practical approach as people move through grief, loss and changes in life. Through Grief and Loss Coaching, Grief Yoga, or a combination of both, groups and individuals are supported by this unique synthesis of healing and wholeness.

Grief Yoga

As a 300 Hour Grief Yoga teacher, I recognize each body carries stories of joy, struggle and everything in between. Using tools of movement, breath and sound, clients are supported as they move through pain and grief in order to connect with more empowerment and love.

Coaching

As a Coach, I accompany people working through grief and loss, or times in life where a person feels stuck. You are the expert on your life. As you share your stories I listen deeply and ask thoughtful questions to foster new ways of healing, thinking and a way forward.

Grief Groups

As I facilitate Grief Groups I foster connection with people navigating a new normal. As we share and listen to one another's stories, we recognize connection with others as we embrace a season of transformation. You are not alone; I help you remember that truth.
